We have developed a unique calculator (internal use only), which allows us to quickly answer the following common questions:

  1. How much do I qualify for?
  2. How much money do I need to make to buy that dream home?
  3. How much down payment do I need?
  4. I have a down payment of $X, how much can I buy?
  5. What would my payments be?

 

Note: Please be careful of online calculators. While some calculators do a great job, the standard way of calculating mortgage rates in Canada (semi-annual) is different than in the USA (monthly). This difference could result in giving you the wrong payment.
